Jesse Furay Lynch

I saw Phil Vassar last night playing in Raleigh, man what a great show! His staff was nice enough to ask me backstage to meet him, which was very kind. I definitely think Phil and my Dad could relate and probably have a lot in common. All of the huge hits that Phil has written that have really blown up for other stars is kind of eerily reminiscent

of how my Dad influenced so many artists who made it huge and how he influenced the musical genre of country-rock which is so huge now but people just weren’t ready for it at the time.

Phil Vassar has been such a strong influence on this industry and it’s so cool so see him rockin’ it with such a talented group of musicians. Thanks Phil for the great music and thanks for taking some time to chat with me!!
